Carob and Raisin Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • 2 tbsp soymilk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup carob chips
  • 3/4 cup spelt flour
  • 1/4 cup carob powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix wet and dry apart, then gently combine.
  3. Form biscuits on greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, rotate, bake for about 10 more minutes or until lightly browned.
