Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 2 tsp water

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook on medium high heat.
  2. Stir until mixture begins to bubble and turn caramel brown but avoid burning.
  3. Pour hot caramel into 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  4. Roll dish to coat sides.
