Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp rum

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in lg.
  2. Skillet.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Cook on med.
  5. Stirring constantly, until sugar melts and syrup is golden brown.
  6. Stir in apples and cook 5-6 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat, stir in rum.
