Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients to a soft dough
  2. Roll into sausage shapes 1 round
  3. Bake 180c till golden
  4. Remove from oven and cool slightly
  5. While still warm slice at an angle with a serrated knife about 1cm thick
  6. Replace on tray and bake again until crisp and golden
  7. Cool on wire rack
  8. When cool store in air tight container
