Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 lemon , juice of

Directions:

  1. Pare cantaloupe and cut it into thin strips 1 inch long.
  2. Mix cantaloupe and sugar let stand overnight.
  3. Add lemon juice, cook until clear.
  4. Puor into hot sterilized jars. seal.
