Cantaloupe Milkshakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cantaloupe
  • 1/2 cup milk (approx .)
  • 1 tbsp sugar (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom (aka -- elaichi powder)

Directions:

  1. Fill one cup measure with cantaloupe.
  2. Pour milk over cantaloupe until cup is filled to the top.
  3. Pour milk and cantaloupe into blender.
  4. Add ice, sugar and cardamom.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy; serve immediately.
