Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub squash, cut in half, and remove seeds.
  2. Place cut side up in a large roasting pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Spoon mixture into squash halves.
  5. Cover squash with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Spoon sugar mixture over squash, leave uncovered, and bake another 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
