Ingredients:

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp yacon syrup

Directions:

  1. 1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. 2. Place in a pyrex baking dish.
  3. 3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Cool and serve.
