Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter sides of heavy pan. Cook syrup & stir until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook without stirring to 236 degrees, using candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add 21/4 tsp vanilla & nuts. Beat by hand 1 minute or until nuts are coated. Spread out on buttered pan. Break into pieces when cool.
  2. These were so addicting and so yummy. They tasted like you bought them somewhere!! We paid $16.00 for a cone full at the nascar race and fairs! These are so much better! You can use any nuts.
