Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 3 medium bananas firm

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients then cook over low heat stirring constantly until bubbly.
  3. Peel bananas and slice in half lengthwise.
  4. Place bananas in skillet then cook over low heat 3 minutes turning once.
  5. Serve warm.
