Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into equally-sized wedges or fries.
  2. Make a pouch out of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray (home oven use: greased bread tin).
  3. Place cut potatoes in and spread/sprinkle the rest of the ingredients over the top of them.
  4. Seal the pouch and place on indirect flame for about 45 minutes (home oven use: cover tin with foil, bake at 400 degrees for 35-45 minutes).
