An elegant looking fudge ................Sorry I guessed on servings as this fudge makes about 2 1/2 pounds of candy and it depends on how you cut it .......... a nice version from the chocolate the apricots really accent the taste. Read more ................... courtesy of kraft foods
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 - cup sour cream
1/2 - cup butter12- ounces white chocolate , coarsely chopped
1- ( 7 ounce) jar of kraft marshmallow creme
3/4- cup chopped walnuts
3/4- cup chopped dried apricots
Directions:
1. In a heavy saucepan 3-4 quart size, bring sugar, sour cream and butter to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly
2. continue boiling 7 minutes or unitl candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees stirring constantly.
3. stir in remaining ingredients until well blended
4. pour into a greased 9 inch square pan cool unitl set
5. cut into squares and enjoy ....
6. makes about 2 1/2 pounds of candy.............
7. try it with macadamia nuts .............i made it like that it was truly heavenly .................
