Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic in olive oil until light golden brown.
  2. Discard garlic.
  3. Pat shark dry with paper towels.
  4. Saute shark in oil over medium heat until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Remove fish to a warm plate.
  6. Add soy sauce and lemon juice to the pan.
  7. Cook for 1 minute, stirring.
  8. Add shark back to pan.
  9. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper.
  10. Cook for 1 minute.
