Cajun Beer Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup beer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan cook onion and bell pepper in hot oil until tender.
  2. Combine beer, water, cornstarch, and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl and mix well. Add to saucepan.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes longer.
  4. Serve with grilled or broiled beef or lamb.
