Ingredients:

  • 1 cup quinoa

Directions:

  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly in a small strainer and drain
  2. Put quinoa and chicken stock in 1 1/2 quart saucepan; bring to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook until all water is absorbed (15-20 minutes).
  4. When done, the grain appears translucent and the germ ring will be visible.
