Directions:

  1. Place cabbage in slow cooker.
  2. Add 3 stalks celery, thinly sliced. Add green and red pepper (seeded and chopped). Add one medium onion (chopped).
  3. Stir in 28 ounce can diced tomatoes.
  4. Add remaining seasonings.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover and cook on low until the cabbage is tender 8-12 hours.
