Ingredients:

  • 110 g celery
  • 300 g cabbage
  • 40 g mushroom
  • 7 cups diced tomato

Directions:

  1. Stir onion soup mix into diced tomatoes.
  2. Add chopped vegetables and top up with water.
  3. Boil for 10 minutes, turn down to simmer for another 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Season with pepper.
