Cabbage Beef Saute

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 medium cabbage, shredded
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package onion soup
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 lbs stew meat

Directions:

  1. Saute cabbage and onion in butter until soft.
  2. Add stew meat.
  3. Simmer about 15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over hot buttered noodles! Yum!
