Buttery Sweet Toasted Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tsp cajun seasoning
  • 3 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir pecans in butter for 1 minute.
  3. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning and sugar over nuts and cook, stirring constantly, until sugar has melted and nuts are glazed, about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour pecans onto a plate and cool slightly.
  5. Taste and season with salt, if needed.
