Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan
  2. Cook over med. heat to full rolling boil and continue cooking for 5 minutes
  3. Stir occasionally
  4. Cool and spoon on servings of cake or ice cream
