Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp bourbon whiskey (or 1/2 tsp bourbon extract)

Directions:

  1. Bring maple syrup and softened butter to a boil in medium saucepan.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon bourbon whiskey or extract.
  3. Serve warm over crepes or pancakes.
