Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

Directions:

  1. Whip butter in bowl (hand mixer is best).
  2. Whip in buttermilk and oil, alternating, until incorporated in butter.
  3. Chill and serve.
