Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a heavy 2 quart/liter saucepan, combine sugars, butter, and corn syrup.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a full boil and sugar is completely dissolved (5 to 8 minutes).
  3. Check to make sure sugar is completely dissolved by dropping a small drop in cold water and checking to make sure it is no longer grainy.
  4. Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in whipping cream, Butter Pecan Extract and toasted pecans.
  6. Serve warm or keep refrigerated.
