Butter Pecan Pie Bars

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • filling
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. For crust mix flour, melted butter, melted margarine and powdered sugar.
  2. Press into bottom of a greased rectangular pan to form crust then bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil all filling ingredients except nuts until thick and foamy then add nuts and mix well.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over pan baked crust then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
