Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients together thorougly and pour into a 9 x 13 lightly greased pan.
  2. Mix topping ingredients with electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour topping over cake batter and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Run knife through mixture halfway into cooking time.
  5. Let cool before cutting.
