Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion and green pepper and cook until vegetables are soft and beef is lightly browned. Add spices, tomatoes broccoli and noodles. Combine soups and milk in a bowl and then add to meat mixture. Mix all toether and put in casserole sprayed with Pam. Cook in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes, then top with fried onions and cook 5 minutes longer
