Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pre wash the shrimp well.
  2. Dry thoroughly.
  3. Place in a medium bowl and add buffalo sauce.
  4. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Place margarine in a frying pan and let melt until it starts bubbling.
  6. Place shrimp in the butter along with garlic.
  7. Let cook until almost done.
  8. Then add flour and stir quickly to insure no lumps form.
  9. Let shrimp finish cooking.
  10. You may add a bit more sauce if needed. Serve next to celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.
