  1. In a large bowl combine mayo, ranch dressing, wing sauce, vinegar and seasonings. Add to the bowl pasta, chicken, celery, carrots, and blue cheese. Gently combine and refrigerate for flavors to blend. Eat and enjoy with some crusty bread.
