Brussels Sprouts in Onion Butter

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, cook onions until soft.
  2. Add the lemon juice.
  3. You can do this and then place in fridge until later.
  4. Just before serving, cook brussels sprouts in chicken broth.
  5. 5-8 minutes for frozen.
  6. 10 minutes for fresh.
  7. Drain liquid and add onion butter.
  8. Season to taste.
