Bruschetta With Peaches And Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese blended with 2 tbsp orange juice
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Bring cheese and peach to room temperature.
  2. Grill or broil the bread until lightly toasted on both sides.
  3. Spread cheese on the warm bread then sprinkle with salt and arrange peach slices on top.
  4. Serve immediately.
