Brunch Apricot Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 (15 oz) cans apricot halves
  • 1 (15 oz) can pitted dark cherries
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 8 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. In a 2 quart casserole, layer 1/2 of the fruits.
  3. Sprinkle with one half the Cracker crumbs and brown sugar.
  4. Repeat layers and pour melted butter over top.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until bubbly.
