Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine sugar with melted margarine. Cream well (no mixer needed).
  2. Add eggs and mix well. Stir in flour and cocoa. Add vanilla.
  3. Grease and flour (or spray) a 9 inch round or square cake pan.
  4. Bake approximately 20 minutes 350. Best not to over bake them, they shouldn't be dry.
