Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. For pudding, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  3. For topping, combine sugar and cocoa in a small bowl; gradually stir in boiling water.
  4. Pour over pudding. DO NOT STIR.
  5. Bake 45 minutes. Topping will sink and the pudding will rise to the top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
