Brownie Cheesecake Cherry Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 (19 1/2 oz) package fudge brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 2 (21 oz) cans cherry pie filling

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease bottom of a 13x9 inch pan.
  3. Brownie Layer: Combine brownie mix, oil, water and eggs in a large bowl just until all dry mix is moistened.
  4. Spread in greased pan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Cheesecake Layer: Beat vanilla, egg, milk and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth.
  7. Pour over baked brownie layer.
  8. Bake until topping is set, about 25 minutes.
  9. Cool 2 hours.
  10. Cherry Layer: Spread pie filling over bars.
  11. Cut into 1 1/2 or 2-inch squares.
  12. Store in refrigerator.
