Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour an 8 baking pan.
  3. Sir together butter and brown sugar.
  4. Add egg and stir until blended.
  5. Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
  6. Add to brown sugar mixture, mixing well.
  7. Add vanilla extract and chopped pecans and stir.
  8. Pour into the greased and floured pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
  10. Cool in pan.
  11. When cool, cut into bars and dust with powdered sugar.
