Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinate the shrimp in a glass or stainless steel bowl with the grapefruit juice, half the oil, and cilantro……..
  2. At the same time, marinate the scallops in the orange juice, the remaining oil, and the mint.
  3. Stir both mixtures & refrigerate for half an hour; preheat the broiler….
  4. Alternate shrimps and scallops on skewers and broil for 2 minutes.
  5. Brush with marinade (you can combine the two together now), and broil another few minutes until the shrimps and scallops are are lightly browned.
