Broiled Pineapple Dessert

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place pineapple slices on a broiler pan.
  2. Top each with 2 tsp brown sugar and 1 1/2 tsp butter.
  3. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3-5 minutes or until sugar is bubbly.
  4. Place each slice on a piece of pound cake and top with ice cream.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Serve immediately.
