Broiled Italian Tomato Halves

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place tomato halves on a greased broiler pan, cut-side up.
  2. Combine olive oil and seasoning in a small bowl and brush evenly over tomatoes.
  3. Broil about 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle each tomato half with about 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Broil 1 to 2 minutes more until cheese is lightly browned.
  6. Serve immediately.
