Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dice tomatoes and add fresh basil.
  2. Season with salt and pepper (set aside).
  3. Toast bread slices until golden brown.
  4. Rub slices with garlic cloves.
  5. Serve with diced tomato mixture; drizzle with olive oil.
  6. *Optional: soak mozzarella in balsamic vinegar and place on bread before topping with tomatoes.
