Broiled Grapefruit With Coconut

Directions:

  1. Preheat broiler to high and coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  2. Top each grapefruit half with 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon coconut.
  3. Place on baking sheet.
  4. Broil 3 minutes, or until coconut is toasted.
  5. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
