Broccoli With Bacon & Pearl Onions

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Steam the broccoli and drain.
  2. Cook the bacon, crumble and set aside.
  3. Add the pearl onions, salt & sugar to bacon drippings and cook until onions are caramelized.
  4. Toss in the broccoli and heat through.
  5. Top with crumbled bacon.
