Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat cream cheese, sour cream and salad dressing mix with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Stir in broccoli and 1-1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon into pie plate then bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining cheese and bake 5 minutes longer then serve with crackers.
