Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute Butter and Onions until tender
  2. Add Frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower Mix and add to butter and onions
  3. Cook until Broccoli and Cauliflower is no longer frozen
  4. Mix Minute Rice, Cream of Mushroom soup and Cheese Whiz together.
  5. Add the other ingredients and mix all together
  6. Put in a Casserole dish and Cook at 350* for about 45 Minutes.
