Brisket Plus One Ingredient Oh So Simple

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place brisket in large piece of heavy-duty aluminum floil
  2. Sprinkle both sides evenly with soup mix
  3. Tightly fold foil to seal
  4. Place brisket in a large roasting pan
  5. Bake at 350 (maybe 325) degrees for about 5 hours
  6. Remove brisket from foil, reserving pan drippings
  7. Spoon strained pan drippings over brisket; cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices
  8. Serve with flour tortillas, salsa
  9. NOTE: This is great for a simple party, served with good purchased Tamales, Mexican Rice with Cilantro, Fresh Salsa, Sour Cream, Mexican Cornbread. And don't forget the dessert... Chocolate Cake with Praline Icing!
