  1. Place brisket in crockpot Sprinkle Onion Soup all over brisket.
  2. Pour beer over the whole thing.
  3. Layer cabbage to top it off.
  4. Crock pot it 4-5 hours on low.
  5. Cabbage can be put in during last hour if you want your cabbage crisper.
