Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the Pasta.
  2. Meanwhile in a large stainless steel bowl, mix the Butter, Egg yolk, and Cream.
  3. Remove the lid to the pasta pot and replace it with the bowl. (Double boiler)
  4. CAREFUL OF THE STEAM!
  5. USE A MITT TO HOLD THE BOWL WHILE STIRRING!
  6. Slowly stir in the Brie 'til it melts.
  7. Salt and Pepper to taste.
  8. When the Pasta is done, drain it and stir it into the Brie mixture.
  9. Garnish with chopped Parsley. Serve imediatly.
  10. DO NOT TELL YOUR CARDIOLAGIST THAT YOU HAVE EVEN HEARD OF THIS RECIPE!
