Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Butter each slice of bread, place in buttered 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Spread pork sausage over bread.
  3. Sprinkle cheese over sausage.
  4. Mix together: eggs, half and half, and salt.
  5. Pour liquid into baking dish.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Refrigerate over night.
  8. Uncover, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking.
  9. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes.
