Ingredients:

  • 6 slices bread ( crustless and cubed , heavier is better)
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup ham or 1/2 cup sausage, chopped

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and milk.
  2. Put half bread in 2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese and meat on top.
  4. Add rest of bread.
  5. Pour milk over all- cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  7. Remove plastic wrap, bake in 325F oven for 35 minutes or until done.
