Ham and Brie French Toast Recipe

Ham and Brie French Toast

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices bread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 slices ham
  • 8 slices brie cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Mash avacado and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread 2 slices of bread with avacado.
  3. Slice brie and cover slices of of bread.
  4. Top with ham.
  5. Top with remaining slice of bread.
  6. Place butter in fry pan and heat.
  7. Dip sandwiches in egg mix.
  8. Fry both sides until golden, turning carefully.
