Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 cup milk (i use whole ) lukewarm (i microwave for 1 min)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put the above ingredients in the bread maker in the order listed.
  2. Use the dough setting on your bread machine.
  3. When the dough is done turn it out on a lightly floured surface, pull small pieces, about the size of golf balls and put them into a greased pan (I use two 9 inch cake pans) leaving a little space between them. I end up with 8 in each pan.
  4. Cover pans with plastic wrap and set in a draft free warm place for approximately 40 min or until the dough has doubled.
  5. Remove plastic wrap and Bake in a 375 degree oven for 13 minutes.
  6. Makes approx 16 rolls
